Peter Vincent Architects Harbor Court Office
Award-winning commercial office renovation in Honolulu.
Nestled within the Harbor Court building, the PVA Harbor Court Office is a masterful 4,137 sq ft interior renovation by Peter Vincent Architects that harmoniously blends sustainability, natural light, and collaborative spatial design.
A suspended wooden trellis ushers visitors from a warm entry into an expansive open studio with soaring 19-foot ceilings—creating a striking sense of intimacy within a voluminous space. The multifunctional kitchen flows seamlessly into a state-of-the-art conference room, its full-height glass walls bathing every corner in soft, diffused light while providing subtle privacy.
Meanwhile, an architecturally transformed interiors library offers a striking visual anchor rather than mere storage. Strategically placed breakout zones and low-partitioned work areas foster connection, flexibility, and dialogue—resulting in a workspace that is communicative, inviting, and deeply rooted in context and natural harmony. The project was honored with the 2023 BIA Building Industry Design & Construction Awards – Overall Grand Award and Grand Award in Commercial Design.
