This residence at The Cape at Mauna Lani was designed by Studio Palomino to reflect the relaxed elegance of Hawaii’s Kohala Coast. The interiors combine warm natural materials, layered textures, and custom furnishings to create a space that feels both refined and deeply connected to its coastal surroundings.

Natural light, neutral tones, and carefully selected finishes allow the architecture and interior design to work together seamlessly. Throughout the home, open living spaces transition effortlessly to outdoor areas, emphasizing the indoor–outdoor lifestyle that defines resort living on the Big Island.

The photography focused on capturing the calm atmosphere of the interiors while highlighting the material palette, spatial flow, and connection between the living spaces and the surrounding landscape.
