Honolulu Mixed-Use High-Rise
The Ae’o Development in Ward Village
The commercial architecture photos captured the mixed-use high-rise and retail tenants from various angles at different times of the day and focused on how the community interacts with the development.
“Ae‘o at Ward Village consists of a 39-story, mixed-use luxury tower atop a new Whole Foods Queen Flagship store. The development is part of the Ward Village Neighborhood Master Plan, a LEED Platinum certified neighborhood providing an urban, pedestrian-friendly gathering place for Hawai‘i’s residents and visitors. The project site, located near a planned rail station, will house electrical vehicle stations and have ground-level bicycle storage for residents, providing numerous options for sustainable transportation.” – AHL
