Bob’s Beach House by Lapis Design Partners

Hawaii-based architect John Black of Lapis Design Partners commissioned the photo shoot of “Bob’s Beach House” on the famous Stand in Hermosa Beach, California. The project was completed in phases over the course of more than eight years and every inch of the home is spec’d out with well thought-out, custom, one-of-a-kind features and details.
