Oahu’s new $200 million Amazon Last Mile Distribution Center (DHI2) in Honolulu

I was faced with the unique challenge of creating two sets of images of the enormous Amazon warehouse in Honolulu.

MG2 architecture group wanted to document the process that takes place within the facility, while Swinerton (the general contractor) wanted to highlight the scale of the project.

This massive 144,000 sqft warehouse in Honolulu stands as a monumental project on Oahu. With a budget of $200 million, the facility is designed to significantly speed up package delivery for residents across the island. The scale of this project is remarkable, both in size and impact, as it will create 500 jobs for locals. The facility is a testament to Swinerton and MG2’s expertise in executing large-scale developments, showcasing their ability to deliver on a project of such magnitude and importance.
